How it Works
It's a pre-recorded video course - 21 days, 21 videos.
You get access to all videos on Day 1 - we don't want to limit you and make you wait. But I do encourage you to take it 1 single video a day.
Everyday, watch the video in the morning or at some other point in the day. Don’t worry - the videos are only 2-3 minutes long.
